I am a busy mom of two very active boys, with a full time job and a big passion for fitness and wellbeing. Even if my schedule is very hectic I manage to find time for myself because I believe this should be everyone's priority. I started attending Zumba Fitness classes about 9 years ago as a way to move during colder months and the rest is history.

Zumba® Fitness class is pretty much the most awesome workout ever. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it.
STRONG by Zumba® class is a high-energy workout, and as part of your sweat session, you'll hit the floor for some intense core exercises.
Small Group Fitness class is a whole body workout delivered with a package of 8 week sessions twice per week for max 8 participants/class.
Personal Training is a program I am willing to help you with your goals of living a better, happiest life. Personal training packages include a free one hour assessment to help you decide. No commitment is required.
